When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed only after the payment is verified by our server. You will see the order number on screen and receive a confirmation email.
Payment failed but money debited?
If money was debited but the order was not confirmed, the bank usually reverses it automatically within 5-7 business days. You can also contact us with the payment reference and we will help.
