NATIONAL SHIPPING

Free national shipping is available for prepaid orders above ₹399. For orders that are equal or lower than ₹399, a convenience charge of ₹39 applies.
For COD orders of ₹500 or lower, a convenience charge of ₹69 will be applicable. For COD orders above ₹500, a convenience charge of ₹39 applies.

In the rare case, due to technical issue at bank/payment partner if the amount has been deducted from your account however your order status continues to show as pending payment or payment failed, please do not worry. Your money is safe. Simply write to us on wiffyhealthcare@gmail.com or whatsapp us at https://wa.me/9080430440 and we will look into it on priority.

Orders once packed or shipped CANNOT be cancelled/modified. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. However, due to Natural Calamities or regional disruption may impact the delivery timelines.

Under normal circumstances, we deliver products within 5 business days of the order being confirmed. If you’re in a Non-Metro, all products usually reach you within a time span of 3 to 12 days, and for very remote locations, though extremely rare, the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days.

Note: These timelines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The timelines for each of these will be different and individually mentioned in the product description.

 All items are shipped within 3-7 working days of receiving the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your complete order within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the unshipped part of the order. In such a case, your payment for the unshipped items in your order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment. The refund will be done as soon as possible and we, at Amara Weaves, are committed to it.

If you believe that the product is not received in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take the package, and call us on +91 9080430440 (9.30 AM – 6 PM) or mail us at wiffyhealthcare@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.

We ship the orders in 2 business days after the order is placed. However, kindly share the order number once the order is placed, and we shall see what best we can do for you.

  • My order shows stuck in transit, what do i do?

Hey there! We are sorry to inform you that your order seems to be stuck in transit. Since this is due to the lockdown, the courier partners are not able to move the parcel further. We are afraid that the order can be delivered only after the lockdown is over.
